As a slow, handcrafted brand, we maintain strict quality checks before shipping.
• Returns are not accepted, as our pieces are handcrafted and often made-to-order.
• Exchanges are only accepted in case of:
• Damaged product
• Incorrect item received
Conditions for Exchange
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Exchange requests after 48 hours will not be accepted
